Jason Jemera, PMHNP-BC, is a board certified psychiatric mental nurse practitioner at Zeam Health and Wellness.
Jason graduated from the University of San Francisco and the University of Pennsylvania. His professional background includes UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, Einstein psychiatric emergency in Philadelphia, and outpatient psychiatry in both the community health center and private practice settings surrounding the Sacramento-Roseville area.

Jason combines a holistic lens with his expertise in psychiatric medication and diagnostics. He uses mindfulness meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, vitamins, nutrition education, life coaching, lab monitoring, books, and other integrative techniques to promote long-term wellness.
